We believe in customizing and developing specific solutions through a collaborative process designed to identify a client’s needs, requirements and objectives.

Programmes are conducted from our premises /offices, by qualified professional facilitators whose medium of delivery is through the use of problem scenario analysis, multi-media presentations, session discussions, onsite study visits, lectures, small group assignments, case studies, group discussions, workshops, writing assignments, and participant research and presentations and other appropriate presentation tools.

AICD staff guide participants in reflecting on their experiences and developing
feasible and meaningful action plans to apply newly acquired knowledge and skills to their own place of work or study.

Programmes last anywhere from one week to two weeks, after which time participants return to their home countries. We tailor each programme’s content to its respective participant profiles, its thematic concentration, and its country’s needs.

We also do in-house training to organizations, where we send our highly qualified facilitators to train groups of between 10 and 20 people in various programmes at the client’s premises or organization. We also assist in the development of course material to meet your organization’s needs as well as the facilitation.
