ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
INTRODUCTION
This course trains participants on how to habituate to an ongoing process of changes in planning, facilitating, assessing, and improving individual and organizational performance and development. In addition, the course emphasizes the importance of continued adjustments designed to enhance individual and organizational performance. The course challenges participants to be initiators of change/change agents.
