CITIZEN CHARTER COURSE
COURSE OVERVIEW
The Citizen Charter course aims to developing the citizens with the information they need to hold government accountable for delivering results as part of the governance and anticorruption (GAC) agenda. This is against a backdrop of failure by many African countries to improve quality of service delivery to its citizenry and need to hold government and other service providers accountable, precisely because they are not aware of the procedures and expectations that govern service providers’ conduct in the realm of service delivery.
