This course provides participants with an overview of concepts and issues related to healthcare leadership. It is generally a required course for any subsequent healthcare management courses.

The purpose of the programme is to equip students with the necessary psychological and social knowledge, attitudes, skills and applied competence to be trained as counsellors on postgraduate level in various contexts.
