LEGISLATIVE DRAFTING
COURSE OVERVIEW
The Legislative Drafting Course aims capacitating government drafters and other organs of state and parastatal bodies to produce clear, effective and implementable legislation and directives which comply with the requirements of the supreme Constitution in accordance with the Commonwealth system of legislative drafting.
At the end of the course, participants are expected to convert specific legislative proposals into the drafting of bills.
